I was very pleased with my service call from Black Koi. Johnathan was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the problem and made the repair. I would recommend Black Koi to anyone who needs a professional company who specializes in pond features. They were also quick to get me scheduled for the repair which was very important to me since the Koi need to have a working system to thrive. Thanks Johnathan for your trouble shooting and for your solutions to my issue.

Jonathan did a fantastic job on our waterfall/pond, diagnosing and replacing the pump. Cleaned everything up and left it neat and tidy. Even tried saving as many of the tadpoles in the pond as possible! Thank you Jonathan, and everyone at Black Koi. They were quick to schedule and did everything just as they told us. What a professional and really nice company! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for sure

Joe and his crew did a fantastic job on rebuilding and lining the bank of our pond where a significant leak had occurred over the winter. The pond looks great and no leaks! They were able to complete the project in 3 days! I would highly recommend them for pond projects. Oh, and our koi are really happy too!

They have turned my backyard into a beautiful paradise. I can’t believe how hard they worked in scalding heat, and finished the job in few days.
