Do not hire! He lies about everything. He does not have adequate skill to complete the job - he does not build to code. Lost thousands of dollars because everything that he did had to be removed and redone, including concrete. Hiring him was the worst mistake Iâ ve ever made!

The company refinished kitchen floor terrible job. Owner of company Cameron Libby came to house to verify my claim,he stated he would be back to rectify the awful job ,floor is ruined but he never returned to fix. I kept calling and texting him he kept making excuses and lying to me . It has been almost 3 months now . The floor is ruined. I hope other customers donâ t have problems like this. I would never recommend Black Ladder Contractor for any type of project.

Bathroom - Remodel
Do not hire Black Ladder Contracting for any project. Our Code Enforcement Officer is looking for him. My lawyer is looking into this situation and legal action will be taken. Black Ladder Contracting will be prohibited from doing work in our village. More areas will probably be following their lead.
