⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot recommend Jeran with QuickMountTV enough! He showed up within an hour to address a serious issue with our leaning TV mount, and immediately identified the problem from the original installation. Unfortunately, the screws had not been properly tightened in key areas, which caused the television to continue tilting forward. Jeran was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish. He quickly corrected the mounting issue, made sure everything was secure and level, and even helped set up my soundbar perfectly before leaving. It is such a relief to find someone who is responsive, trustworthy, and truly knows what they’re doing. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and excellent work quality. If you need TV mounting, troubleshooting, or soundbar setup in the Charlotte area, QuickMountTV is absolutely the company to call. Five stars across the board for professionalism, responsiveness, and quality work!

Jessica was absolutely lovely to speak with on the phone. She is incredibly personable and truly knows how to create a genuine connection. I ended up talking with her for nearly 30 minutes, and that conversation alone sold me on this company. She has such a wonderful voice and seemed like such a sweet woman. She is clearly very knowledgeable about the entire process and took the time to answer all of my questions, especially when it came to placement and choosing the best mount for my needs. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. This came very naturally and didn’t seemed annoyed when answering my questions. I’m not sure if she’s a receptionist or a manager, but she is truly amazing at what she does and deserves recognition. She even offered me a 10% discount for being a veteran and sincerely thanked me for my service, which meant a lot. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely loves what they do, and it definitely shows with Jessica. On top of that, the pricing is amazing compared to other company’s. No others offer what they do at such a reasonable price.
