I could not have asked for anything more. They were on time, very professional and willing to come back and make sure everything safe before closing up the whole needed to get to the pipe that was leaking.

Very punctual , I went on Angi looking for someone that I could trust to do the job and actually show up. And I was given a few choices up front and I decided on Black Ops Plumbing & Services. I was called by them and said they could be here within like a half an hour and I said great. I decided to go ahead and do the job , and if anything should arise I will probably call them again.

The Black Ops pro arrived sooner than expected, listened to my concerns and understood I wanted to know if repair (parts replacement) was all I needed or replacement of my entire water heater was necessary. Turned out I needed an entire unit. While it was up to code at the time I purchased it many years ago, it would not meet today's code. The unit was also leaking - not enough to create a puddle on the floor outside its storage area but that was obviously coming. Everything was explained in full detail and all my options discussed fully. The pro took his time, answered all questions and since they were working in the area told me the job could be completed today. The quote for everything, including disposal of the old unit, was more than reasonable. A total of 4 servicemen were involved. All were professional and personable, answering questions along the way. Everything about my new unit was explained in detail. Black Ops should be your choice without any doubt!

Roger and Anthony removed my old water heater and installed my own purchased water heater and it looks and works great! They answered whatever question I had and kept me informed of the process and how to keep up with it to prevent any issues. Kept good communication with me and understood my needs without using sales tactics to get me to purchase more that I didn’t need. Highly recommend!

I had multiple plumbers come out to inspect the pipes under my sink, which the insurance company claimed needed to be replaced. Two of them agreed and quoted me around $600 for the job. However, one plumber actually took the time to thoroughly test the pipes—something none of the others did—and showed me that they were still in good working condition and didn’t need to be replaced. Even so, he still provided a quote that was about half the price of the others. Given his honesty and fair pricing, I would absolutely hire him for any future plumbing work.
