Black Pearl Painters is by far the best painting contractors in the Bonney Lake area. I hired them to do a very much needed refresh of my exterior home. Justin the owner was incredible with his suggestions and ideas I had not thought of. Very professional. I talked to three other companies but none compared to Justins confidence in delivering me a great paint job. The crew was amazing and I want to give each a shout out! Alex the project manager was so kind and professional answering every question I had. His crew included Tim, who is incredible at problem solving, painting and attention to detail, Leo is a master of carpentry and fixed some rotten wood areas to perfection, Boris was incredible with painting and attention to detail. Throughout all of them were very respectful and treated my home like their own. At the end of the project Alex stopped by for a walk through and the owner Justin also came by to make sure I loved everything. This company has an amazing work ethic that I have not seen in a long time. Thank you Black Pearl Painters I feel like I have a new home!!!

Black Pearl's crew did a fantastic job. We're very pleased with the quality of the paint work, and the crew finished in less time than estimated. They were professional and courteous. Our one suggestion is for them to be quicker at responding to emails with questions. But overall we're delighted with their work.

We hired Black Pearl to paint our house and are ecstatic . The price was competitive and the service and attention to detail were outstanding . If we ever need another paint job, we would not hesitate to hire Justin and his highly professional crew. They also did our composite decking and produced a beautiful and long lasting result.

We had initially reached out to Black Pearl last year concerning an exterior repaint. Justin (the owner and estimator) was on time and very thorough, going over everything they did. We had a few more bids but before we knew it, Summer was over and we knew we'd have to wait until the following Summer to paint. We were, however, 100% sold on Black Pearl. So, this Spring arrived and I again reached out to Justin. After a rather embarrassing communication snafu concerning my phone and email setup, we set a date to get the job done, and that was that. We also wanted to have new gutters done at the time of the painting, and Justin had an excellent Gutter installation team referral (Paul Rosas over at Josan Roofing). The gutter tare down and new gutts install were timed perfectly with the painters and absolutely seamless in workmanship. To note, the week we had the place painted, we were smack in the middle of another high 90s heatwave the entire time. I could not believe how hard those guys worked and for how long in those temperatures. Anyhow, some issues did arise. In retrospect, these appeared to be based on sheer exhaustion via the crew, and a time crunch vs the actual amount of work our home ended up requiring (primarily prep work). A few weeks after the team had completed the job, I was cleaning up around the yard and started noticing a lot of issues. Mostly peeling and coverage issues. I do not believe these issues were due to negligence. We have T-111 siding which is a real beast to try and get completely covered, and our soffits frankly looked like a demilitarized zone before Black Pearl showed up to scrape and prep them. I contacted Justin and not only was he responsive, he brought 4 guys out last Wednesday to fix everything.They didn't just fix everything, they went above and beyond and basically did a "re-do" across the entire home of scrape to primer to paint and trim touchups + soffit detail. I honestly wasn't expecting that kind of a comprehensive response. It was a huge relief and awesome. Initially, I was going to write these guys off, and not leave a review. I figured I'd have to hire some other team of pros to come in and fix everything for thousands of dollars, but Justin and Alex and Mark and team really stepped it up last Wednesday and knocked it out of the park. In Summary, I highly recommend this team. YES, we had some issues, but Justin never once dropped the ball on communication, both he and Alex were excellent, detail oriented listeners and observers, and Mark and the guys doing the heavier lifting in prep were also excellent at the details and communication. I honestly believe the insane heat played a HUGE role on many of the (post) issues and outright stuff just missed we ran into, and I sense there were some longer hours than expected as well in there during the original job due to the state of disrepair our 12+ year old, terribly done original paint job was in. My wife and I wish this team the best out there. It's tough to find contractors with integrity like this these days. A+ and 5 Stars Guys.

Contacted Justin to paint all the interior doors of our home before we sold it. Great communication, price, and just outstanding work all around. We also had them do some touch up painting on trim and walls where we had hung photos and TVs and they saved me hours of work! Just a great guy and solid company I would recommend him and his crew to anybody at anytime! Thanks Justin.
