Asphalt Paving Installation
Job was completed on-time. However not the the bid / estimated provided. The estimate called for a compacted base, 3 " of binder and 2" of top. Job was completed with a compacted base and 3" of top no binder. The surface is unstable, peeling as car drive on the surface. Bottom line, they did not do what they had committed to do in the contract.
