Black Pines Builders, Inc.

I have worked with a lot of builders, and Jeff and his team are the best. We hired them to do a rebuild of the 90 era home we recently purchased. Every wall of this house has been touched, including a major remodeling of the kitchen, master bath, and great room, and the results are stunning (not just our opinion, but friends and family as well). They are true craftsmen and have a thorough mastery of the design and building process. Their attention to detail and quality is off the charts. Unlike other builders I have used in the past, Jeff builds a realistic schedule and works to meet or beat it. They work with highly competent subcontractors, have high integrity, and I would not hesitate to use them again.

We hired Jeff to remodel our kitchen. From day 1 we both felt comfortable that Jeff listened to our preferences and took the time to help us choose options we had not thought about. The communication was great, everything was completed professionally and on time. I would recommend Jeff to everyone!!

Hired to finish a basement. Jeff at Black Pines Builders was A+. We got 4 quotes from different contractors and felt most comfortable with Jeff by far. Good communication throughout process. Was upfront with scheduling and pricing and we never felt mislead. Would highly recommend his company and wouldn't hesitate to use him again on another project.

Jeff was great to work with on finishing our basement. He did a great job getting the job done quickly, keeping us up to date on everything that was going on and overall he did an awesome job. After having six estimates, Jeff was priced right and was the most professional contractor to take a look at the job. All of his crew, especially Travis, were prompt, professional, friendly, and did outstanding work. I was especially impressed at their problem solving skills as our basement and the bathroom rough in were not optimally placed. They ended up building an extra closet that disguised and hid within the walls plumbing that was oddly placed by the original home builder and in the way. They were also able to fit a nicely sized bathroom in a limited space. Jeff always listened to us, told us what was possible and gave us options to fit what we wanted. When we made a decision, Jeff and Travis made it happen. It just turned out so great and better than we ever could have imagined. He listened to what we wanted and designed it perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the results and the experience working with them. I cannot say enough about how great this company is! Thank you Jeff! Thank you Travis!

Jeff was VERY easy to deal with and listened to my exact concerns and addressed them. I would defiantly recommend him and use them for future projects. They were very quick on the turn around and worked within my schedule. Thanks

Jeff not only did renovation work on my rental property when I purchased it he also coordinated other contractors to get work done so I could meet my project timeline (electrical, plumbing, drywall.) He was very friendly and I enjoyed working with him. He did a variety of work including laminate floor install, over the range microwave install, kitchen and bath countertops install, and a tiled backsplash (which he was very creative in getting done. :) If it wasn't for Jeff's hard work I wouldn't have met my project timeline. I would highly recommend him.

They did a great job!! Very friendly, and he always kept us updated on all information.

easy to work with, great job!

Jeff Rebuilt our 15 year old deck for less that half of what several others quoted & using better materials !! We could not be happier & our deck looks fantastic !!

Jeff was easy to communicate with regarding work to be performed. Showed up on time and completed work in a timely fashion. Very professional and courteous while working.

Jeff was very nice and understood exactly what I needed! He made the repair appointment for 2days later and was finished very quickly. He did high quality work and was very reasonably priced. I will defiantly use him again!
