We called this company and had Alex come out to do a quote. We hired this company for new drywall installation and the quality is extemely subpar. Not to mention the crew decided it was a good idea to have a child on the property which was NOT okay. As far as the work itself.... There are tape seams very visible when light hits them, extreme cracking around every bullnose corner and seam, the inside corners in rooms are completely coming apart, and you can see the entire seam peeling away. There is a vaulted ceiling and there are not peaks and where the top meets each side the drywall/ mud was not sanded well and therefore looks bubbled and not smooth nor a peak in the vaulted ceiling. They taped off sections around the tub horriblely and so when we went to paint and found tape left and removed it there was no texture in those areas. In other areas texture was applied and would look normal in one section of the wall and extemely heavy and dripping one foot away on the same wall.

My experience with Alex started off with a red flag. Stated he was working til 1pm. So half a day basically. This was a shower tile job. New construction. The job was a 3 day job at the most. 2 days tile, third day grouting. He spent a week. after the 3rd day we could see a problem with how he laid the tile in an upper corner. Glaring problem. He said he would fix it. Never did. I also pointed out the tiles were angled and not symmetrical to allow grout or sealant for the corner gaps. Again, said he would fix it. He didnâ t! On his last day, Alex calls and says he is done and requested payment. Unfortunately I paid him the final payment. When we get home the job isn't even done. It is so bad, there is no way his photos of previous tile jobs he did, were actually his work. I wish I could post pics here. Horrible work. My wife and I could have done a better job. I texted him and let him know his work was unacceptable and he needed to come back and fix everything. He actually said he didn't think it looked that bad! No sealant between window and tile. Just an open gap. Holes in the grout and seal in the corners. No seal between lower tile and shower pan. Crooked tile he never did fix. And oh, the same bad job in that corner he said he was fixing. So he says he will be back in a few days. Then says he has a family emergency. Now canâ t get a hold of him at all. Seems like he has blocked me. Beware. Horrible terrible workmanship.
