DO NOT USE! Inexperienced & unprofessional movers & moving company. Negligent movers caused long term damage to our home and broke various and expensive items such as our tv during the move. Their contract especially insurance policy is deceitful putting you the customer at risk. Their claims department is unresponsive and they do not look to resolve claims with you, instead they avoid accountability. We've moved numerous times and would NEVER use this company again - stay away, you will 100% regret using them! Other recommendations we've had much better experiences with - Bolt Movers, Two men and a truck

Terrible experience. Paid 60% more than originally quoted. Look out for hidden costs or costs not explained in the beginning. They were late every day and did not complete the packing portion which required us to do 25% of the packing ourselves and still paid more than quoted. Movers were late every day and had to work more hours than anticipated every day, except for the packing which is why they did not finish. Not impressed and would not recommend.

Over all good experience. Movers were polite and courteous.

They were on time! They to the time to wrap all of my things. They took the time to hang up all of my clothes in the new closets. They put all of my beds back together and made sure my washer and dryer were hooked up, and they even had a maintenance guy help me with no other things at no charge to me at all! They actually care about their customers and making sure the customer is well taken care of!

This place is a rip off. They took 10 hours to move me 15 minutes down the road. They charged me $1050 and only sent 2 men. I tried to get some money refunded and the person in charge was a total jerk. BEWARE!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY WILL BREAK YOUR STUFF!!!

The movers with Black Tie Moving did a phenomenal job moving me recently from an apartment to my new house. The two gentlemen were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They took very good care of my furniture and belongings and there were no issues whatsoever. I highly recommend this moving company to anyone looking to move.

It was a really good value for the job. They were professional and quick.

They guys came in and loaded and unloaded quickly. They did a really good job. I can't say enough good things. They shrink-wrapped everything and the move was very quick and efficient. They checked everything that I had done to make sure it was done correctly, and if not, they fixed it for me. They did an excellent job. Their estimate and pricing were spot on! I highly recommend them.

They didn't finish their work. They were working and decided that they would leave stuff. We had to pay another moving company to finish their work because they didn't take it all.
