BlackWolf Exteriors, Inc.

My neighbors and I live in a twin home. We needed a full roof. My neighbors were charged $7,400... for the exact same roof at the exact same time I was charged $10,500... when I questioned Joe he said my insurance sets it is own price. I later found out he did not need all of the money and at the least could have not charged me my deductible... shady as hell and so mad at this company!

I hired Joe and Blackwolf to repair my chimneys, replace my asphalt shingle roof, and install gutter guards. Within 2 days of calling Joe, I had an estimate. (I am STILL waiting from an estimate from another company, after over 3 weeks). He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. The day after I gave the go-ahead, the chimney repairs were underway. The roof replacement happened just a couple of days after that, and it was finished in ONE DAY. It's not a small house. The crew was polite, respectful, and efficient, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. You'd never know they were there, except that I have a beautiful new roof. I highly recommend Blackwolf - they are responsive, honest, and do excellent work!

Workers are very respectful and helpful. Always asked before doing anything so as not to disturb everyone’s daily routine. Kept you in formed of what was happening and when they look at being done.

Everyone we dealt with was great. Workers were careful and respectful of our gardens etc. job was hired and done very quickly and looks great.

Professional, communicated well - everything was taken care of.

Very responsive to any concerns we had and kept us informed throughout the process. Experienced crew and did a great job.

Very responsive.

The project manager was professional and communicated well with us throughout the re-roofing project. He answered all of our questions beforehand, and followed through on everything he said they would do. The quality of the work and materials was excellent. As promised, the work was done in a timely manner, and there was no mess left behind. We would definitely hire them again.

Exceeded expectations. Kindly came out for a followup on a holiday weekend to make sure a concern was fully resolved. I also appreciated that Joe was true to his word (when he'll call next, when he'll arrive for an appointment, etc), which is not always the case with some contractors.

Did both my house, and garage roof in a timely and professional manner.

As others have stated, Joe was professional, timely, and detail oriented. After we made the decision to use Blackwolf, the turnaround was fast- less than a week! He and his crew did an excellent job with the install, with extras provided, and our house was left in pristine condition.

Joe is very easy to work with. His workers are fast and clean up was excellent. Have already recommended Blackwolf Exteriors to a friend.

The bid was timely and reasonable. Joe also coordinated with carpenters in making some design changes to the roof before re-roofing. The timing and work was completed on time and within my budget. Joe kept in close touch with the roofing crew to assure quality results.

Professional, fast, excellent clean up . would recommend Joe's business and follow up to anyone. A PLUS!!

fast, efficient

Professional, organized, clean and our roof looks awesome.

On time, courteous, clean, job well done.

Joe showed a strong attention to detail and was able to foresee possible complications or differences and include them in the bid. The quality of the work was high. The siding team was exceptionally polite, very hard working, very clean, and very attentive. The clean up was very thorough.

Pleased with estimate, it was everything I requested with a mid-range price. Communications between contractor and myself were responded to quickly. Quality products were used for the job, I purchased entry doors for installaion. A few lingering adjustments (front door & rain gutter down spout) needed to be addressed they attempted to fix but I still am not totally satisfied with the results. Timeliness of the entire job was within the estimated completion date. All over I would suggest Blackwolf Ext. to someone but would make certain my dissatisfied issues were known.

efficient and clean with high quality

Joe Karras was extremely attentive to the details surrounding our roofing project, he was flexible and responsive with scheduling, and pricing was extremely competitive. We were very satisfied by the service provided and would recommend this company to others without hesitation.

Excellent work, on time and courteous. Excellent pricing - did what they said they were going to do and very clean. Also had them do my siding.

The Blackwolf Exteriors Crew did a great job on our roof project, they were, knowledgeable, efficient, careful of our property and shrubs, friendly and cleaned up very well after the job was completed. The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable too, he took the time needed to assess our needs and wants as well as some recommendations, left us a list of past customers they did work for. The ones I called had nothing but high praise to offer. Overall a very pleasant experience ! Will not hesitate to recommend Blackwolf Exteriors to others.

Very good
