Excellent experience with Black & White Kitchen & Bath - from the first phone call to the final sign off. My new kitchen is absolutely beautiful and the workmanship is outstanding. When we first met with Junior, Iâ m embarrassed to say, I was a little skeptical because he seemed so young. Immediately I realized he knew exactly what he was talking about and had answers to every question we asked. He knows his business! He helped us through the design, explained the construction process/timeline, made great suggestions in the showroom and stayed within the budget we told him we were working with. Once we signed the contract, Junior set us up with an app to monitor the progress of the job. We were able to see the timeline of work tasks and each day work was done, pictures were uploaded with the progress. We werenâ t always staying at the home, so this was very helpful in tracking the progress of the job. Junior also connected us to Emilio, who would oversee the work being done. Just like Junior, Emilio answered every question we had and kept in constant communication about every step of the project. We asked for a few changes and extra things as the work was happening and Emilio easily accommodated the requests and made updates to project plan. We were never left wondering what was happening. The job was completed in the agreed upon timeframe - a critical piece of the work. Also worth noting, the men who did the work were the kind of people youâ d want in your home doing work. Knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up at the end of the day so we could continue daily living in the space. The whole process was well priced, well communicated, and left us with a beautiful result. I look forward to future bathroom renovations with B&W K&B!

My remodeled kitchen looks beautiful and is so much more functional. The crew was on time, prepared, polite, and cleaned after the work each day. As can happen with remodeling projects, things came up along the way that caused delays and adjustments; however, they all were remedied to my satisfaction without hassle.

Black & white did an outstanding job with our shower replacement. The old shower was a disaster and Black & White throughly explained what needed to be done. They worked with my wife with suggestions and samples of tile and trim. Every day as the work progressed they explained what they were doing and answered every question. The finished shower is stunning. We could not be any happier with how it turned out. I highly recommend Black & White for any remodeling project you may need.

The team was responsive and professional, they worked very clean and minimal distribution on the rest of the house.

Everything about this company and crew was exceptional to include wearing their masks, being polite, constantly asking questions to validate our needs, demonstrating their intent before they did everything to make sure it met our expectations. They give architectural suggestions that help improve our home. Quality was above average - excellent. They applied the classic "measure many times, cut once." Our renovation was in the six figures included porcelain tiles, heated tiles in the sunroom, painting, an entire kitchen, drywall, replacing appliances from one home to another because we bought a new place and were renovating it. They installed an electrical outlet by the toilet and installed an advanced bidet with heated water, heated air, etc. REAL ESTATE: They helped us a LOT in getting the for-sale property for sale. They were so successful the property sold in less than 12 hours from listing and 4% over list price.

I am absolutely thrilled with the new home office renovation that was completed by the Black & White Kitchen and Bath team. The work was done excellently and I could not be more happy. Mr. Gerson Zelaya, the owner, has been top notch from the beginning of the process until the end. His team of dedicated contractors were professional and did stellar work and daily kept the work area clean before leaving for the day. I truly enjoyed this process and the final product as well. Special shout out to both Mitsy and Polo for their superb part in this overall project. I will certainly be recommending this team and company to my friends and rehiring this team for future work.

Gerson was a great project manager and was able to deliver on commitments. As with any basement project there are unknowns and he was always able to provide guidance and options. It was a pleasure working with the team and I look forward to using them on future projects.

We highly recommend Black and White. They contacted us withing 24 hours to discuss our email that we wanted to remodel two bathrooms. The staff came to the house with samples and sent links to larger items. The office staff and workers always wore masks and kept social distance. Black and White listened to us, offering suggestions without pressure. The job was completed in less than the time allotted. We are very pleased with the work. New shower/tubs, vanities and sinks, install heat lamps, new ceiling fans, drywall patch and paint. We would use them again.

We used Black & White Kitchen to completely overhaul our kitchen. We are very happy with the results. They offer was significantly cheaper than the 2 other quotes we received. They were also more transparent, so we knew how our design decisions affected the price. I highly recommend them to anyone. They arrived on time and worked diligently. CDC covid19 guidelines were carried out. They protected the carpet and sealed off areas to prevent exposure to dust. The areas were thoroughly cleaned daily, and all debris removed from property at end. I thank God for my beautiful new bathroom. The workmanship was excellent and the project was completed ahead of promised schedule. So happy I used Black and White for this project, and would not hesitate to use them again.

Black and White Kitchen & Bathroom installed a ½ bathroom in my basement. I was very impressed with their timeframe (5 working days to finish), professionalism and respect. The work was completed before time. The workman worked pass their regular time to get the work done. If I have another project, this company would be the one I would trust to do the job. My kitchen was completely remodeled. Black and White K&B was very professional from the very start. They did what they promised. They created designs as to what I wanted. These designs were so helpful because I could visually see what I requested so I could approve or refuse my requested changes. They communicated with me every step of the way. They gave me a completion date that they met. The workers they had were very nice and worked hard in completely the project. I was very pleased at the results of the project. I plan to use them again when I remodel my bathrooms.
