I hired this company back in 2015. Everything was perfect, excellent customer care, timing, price, etc. The replaced my shingle and flat roof. He promised to do a good job but a year later, I requested a wind mitigation inspection and they found prints on the flat roof. I was advised that would cause problem in the future. I called Dough and he attended my claim and pretended to the problem was solved. Two years later, water was staying on the roof. He did not do the work properly. I called him and sent him picture and he never answered. I had to replace my roof on my own because the insurance company refused coverage because they found that Blackburn & Sons did a mess. Be careful, very nice people make mistakes.

Oh my gosh!!! We contacted Blackburn and Sons roofing for an estimate to replace our roof. Doug came out and gave us a quote. We were so impressed with him and the quote we signed the contract to do the work. They told us what day they would be here and what time and they were exactly when they said they would!! They worked so hard and fast and professional. My roof look better than it has the 25 years I've lived here. I HIGHLY recommend Blackburn and Sons Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

This contractor, Doug Blackburn answered his phone on the first call and agreed to come right out and take a look at the work to be done. He scheduled the repair within just s few days, and when he mentioned he would be at my house at 7 a.m. Saturday, I thought 'Yeah - I bet; but by Golly he was at my house at 7 a.m. on Saturday! When I am finally ready to re-roof my entire house, I will be calling Blackburn Roofing for certain.

Doug was very knowledgeable and confident that the work he did would fix my roof leak. In the event that the problem was not fixed, he assured me that he would come back and keep working until the problem was resolved for free. On time for both appointments. Friendly guy. Price came in over $200 cheaper than the other company I had give me an estimate.

I wish I could give Doug 10 stars. We knew we had a leak but didn't know how bad it was. Doug did not try to up sell us. After inspecting the entire roof he said he could fix the problem by repairing just the bad section. He literally saved us THOUSANDS of dollars and the repaired section was perfectly blended into the existing roof. I've never seen such follow through and I highly recommend Blackburn. These are good guys...

We thought we needed an expensive repair. They inspected the roof and determined no repair was necessary. They charged us a nominal inspection fee. Very happy with their service.

Doug put me in his schedule when other roofing companies were telling me that I had to wait weeks to fix a leaking roof issue. Doug was extremely professional and honest which is invaluable in any business. He treats you like family. I've already recommended him to all my family and friends.

Doug was great. Squeezed me in the next day for some simple repairs of lifted/missing shingles. Was able to flex (and just do the work) with me not present as I couldn't leave work that day. Texted him a few pictures and he knocked it out. Will definitely be my first call the next time my roof needs attention.

The price was very reasonable and did a very good job. Another area of the roof had a problem and the did not change extra for that. They completed the work in a timely manner .
