He even came back on the weekends to complete what he thought needed to be done in addition to the previous inspection. I had some type of animal in my subfloor that was most active during the day. I already had my house excluded, but was still hearing the noise 2 years later. The other pest control guys tried to have me purchase product that I didn t need. I liked that he was willing to take it step by step and when it wasn t what he thought he was willing to tell me, instead of pretend that the problem was fixed.

Patrick came exactly on time. He was professional and thorough. He just left, but he gave a 90 day warranty in case anything showed up. In addition, he said if I saw again a bug that I thought was a termite, regardless of how far in the future that might be, to contact him and heâ ll take care of it. Patrick is the owner, was the one I spoke to on the phone, and does the work himself. He seems very capable, gave me a reasonable price, and locked the price in for the future. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
