In over one decade of owning and remodeling four homes in four states, I have NEVER encountered anyone as unprofessional and destructive as Lisa Lovitsch (Coastal Drywall Repair, Inc, and Blackstone Exclusive Homes, Inc.). I'm actually embarrassed for her.... I initially contacted Ms. Lovitsch on 26 March regarding drywall repair and interior painting. I explained the terrible events leading up to me contacting Ms. Lovitsch, and expressed sincere hope she would be able to repair sketchy work performed by a previous contractor. Ms. Lovitsch was overly confident that she would be able to correct all the drywall and paint imperfections in my home within one to two days at $850-1000/day. I also explained how previous workers caused damages to my home and property while they were working in my home, and hoped she would not do the same. I was out of town when Ms. Lovitsch began working in my home on 6 April. She called me that afternoon and updated me on the day's progress, and discussed a plan moving forward. She also charged me $850 for the day's work. Ms. Lovitsch committed to returning 13 April for another $850-1000 to complete the job. I arrived home two days later, and to say I was horrified and devastated would be an understatement. Upon pulling up to my home, I noticed a portion of my lawn, several of my bushes, and the majority of my driveway COVERED in white paint! It looked as though my property had been vandalized. Once inside the home, I checked the areas I asked Ms. Lovitsch to paint. Not only were they incompletely painted (paint bleeding through, not enough coats, spot painting and mismatched paint sheens), my couch was taken apart and moved out to the middle of my living room and not returned to it's original location (this is a sectional, so there's five pieces to move and put together), and there was paint spilt, dripped, and splattered ALL over the brand new vinyl plank flooring and brand new quartz countertops. The paint job was beyond amateur and unprofessional. I actually wouldn't have believed someone would overconfidently profess their work expertise, then leave a property in this condition, unless I saw it with my own eyes (and have picture proof). I immediately texted pictures of the property damage to Ms. Lovitsch, and requested a call. Then I went to Sherwin Williams and Lowes to purchase paint supplies. After being out of town for almost two weeks, traveling all day, and being charged $850, I proceeded to paint the master walk in closet myself so the closet organizer could be installed as planned the following day. The paint job took several hours, and multiple coats of paint. However, the completed job by a homeowner far surpassed the amateur "paint slinging" performed by an individual who professed to be a "professional." Ms. Lovitsch had already committed to working in my home on 13 April, and when I finally got her on the phone, she stated she would clean my driveway, and remove all the paint spilt and splatter throughout my home. She was cordial, but not apologetic, and it appeared she did not want to be held accountable for her destruction. She blamed the poor paint job on Sherwin William's Emerald Paint, and made several excuses for her poor work performance and destruction. She stated she would return on 13 April for the cleanup and to complete the paint job she butchered and left incomplete. 13 April came and went, and I never heard from Ms. Lovitsch. She did not show up on 13 April, and she did not contact me to cancel. I texted her several times between 13-14 April, and called her. She never answered my calls or texts, and I was unable to leave a voicemail due to her voicemail box being full. Finally, on 15 April Ms. Lovitsch texted me, "Good morning Kelly. I am no longer interest...

Lisa was very professional-prompt, pleasant, and skilled! I had just paid for a new ceiling which was later damaged from repeated leaks from the condo above mine. I was concerned that no one could make it look brand new, again. Then I met Lisa (Coastal Drywall Repair, Inc.) - you should see how perfectly beautiful my ceiling looks!!! I donâ t even think the photos will give her enough credit. The job required heavy fireproof sheetrock reinstalled into a suspended ceiling metal frame at each place of damage. I must, also, include her mudding, sanding, and painting were without blemish in the west light through 4 large windows. Her work is quite amazing and brought my ceiling to a point of incredible restoration I didnâ t think was possible!!! I highly recommend her!

We contracted Blackstone to repair and repaint several locations on our popcorn ceiling. She was also contracted to paint our living room, and hallway. Furthermore she was contracted to replace our fluorescent lights in our kitchen for LED can-like lights. Bottom line: she did an A1 job in all areas. We could not have expected better quality. She was punctual every day and the total job was phenomenal. We couldn't have been more pleased with the project.

I have use this company several times over the past 2 1/2 years. I moved into a new home and the drywall was horrid. Under warranty, they sent Blackstone to make repairs. They did an amazing job and kept me sane. My walls look wonderful now. This is the way they should ve looked when I moved in. I also hired Blackstone to do a repair at my beach condo. That repair was superb! I have recommended this company several times to my friends and they also had great results. Lisa is a true perfectionist and can do anything! I recommend her whole heartedly.

Lisa was responsive via phone and text, flexible, professional, and punctual. She offered a reasonable estimate and worked me into her schedule despite short notice. Excellent work quality on a tough drywall seam along an 18 foot ceiling with texture. Also patched a damaged drywall area in the laundry room and some unsightly hardware holes in the dining area. Highly recommend - look forward to using Blackstone again.

I would definitely hire Lisa again. She was prompt with communications, stuck to her commitments, excellent quality of job & came prepared for unexpected situations. She was not the cheapest quote but not outrageous either. She was easy to talk to & i am planning on hiring her for an another project.

Lisa was a joy to do business with. From the very first contact she was responsive and professional. She followed up when she said she would and was on time. Once on the job, she was polite and very respectful of my home. I found the quality of the drywall repair and replacement job superior. She even went above an beyond to ensure my needs were met. Just what I was looking for in the way of a dependable, knowledgeable professional. Her price was a little higher than most, but I believe her work was worth it. Looking forward to the next time I need work done.

From initial contact Lisa was very professional, fast in her response and made the estimate via text message picture, came to the house and fixed a dire situation all in the same day. The results were spectacular, as if it never happened, and the job-site left clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend Blackstone for any jobs where professionalism, experience and quality of work are of the utmost importance. More importantly, my wife didn't kill me because the wall was restored to its original beauty!

Lisa was very nice and friendly and did an awesome job of repairing the hole in my drywall. She also painted it and you can't even tell where the hole was before. It's like it was never there! I would definitely recommend her.
