Charles of Blackstone Home Improvements was extremely professional from the time he came to my house and gave me an extimate to the time that the job was complete. Charles goes out of his way to complete the job with the highest degree of perfection. Charles found an additional problem after he had removed my old deck and he immediately showed me the problem and had suggestions on how to make the correct repair without going way over budget. I am so satisfied with the deck that Blackstone Home improvements built for me, that I am constintly showing it off to everyone I know. I would like Charles and his crew to be the main fix it guy for my home.
