The Service provider scam me with $400.00 and never showed up to do the job

Blackwater Excavation, LLC provided grading and leveling services for our detached garage project. Beginning at our initial meeting Brian (president of Blackwater Excavation,LLC) provided an extensive amount of information from county codes to proposed scope of work. All work was completed per proposed specifications and completed on budget and proposed timelines. After deciding to take on the incredulous project regrading our entire property, removing multiple trees, sodding/seeding and landscaping, I am so glad we found Blackwater! The owner was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient with my husband and I while we went through this project.
