I highly recommend Blackwell Brush Control for your land clearing and building site preparation needs. I was needing a pad for a 1600 square foot shot. This project required minimal land clearing but a significant amount of dirt and dirt work to build and level the pad. Russ Blackwell did an excellent job at a very fair and reasonable price. He also communicates very well, keeping me informed at every stage of the project, and stays on schedule. In addition, Russ was able to connect me with a concrete contractor who poured the slab at a very competitive price in today's market. I was on a relatively short timeline but was able to complete this phase of the overall project in what I consider record time these days. I will certainly use Blackwell Brush Control in the future.

He is a person of his word and can be trusted to deliver and he is willing to give advise on options to complete the work. They also managed putting in a road and new fence and gate on the property.

Let me start off by saying Iâ  ve been in construction for over 25 years. Iâ  ve worked with and hired hundreds of of contractors and subs. In saying this I believe in giving honest reviews (good or bad). I base my opinion off many different factors when rating a business. Job Details- underbrush a 4 acre section of heavily wooded property to specified setbacks. Cut in a driveway approach per survey easements, cut in a nature trail and opening along creek edge. . Blackwell Brush Control responded promptly after I engaged them with a scope of work and their follow up was excellent!! Agreed upon dates and times for work activities were met from day one of breaking ground to completion. The scope of work was completed to my expectations (100%) and agreed upon terms. Russ and his team cleaned up after each day of work and were true professionals the entire time they were onsite. Iâ  ve added Blackwell Brush Control to my list of reliable contractors and will be lining up several more future projects with Russ that we will be tackling on the new homestead!! This is an exciting time for my family and Business Owners like Russ keep it fun !!!

Russ was highly recommended by a neighbor for hydro ax mulching and returned my call quickly with answers to all my questions. He was punctual, polite and efficient. My property was fully overgrown with yaupon and immature trees. Russ walked the area with me prior to starting to identify exactly what I wanted cleared.
