I'm not very good at writing reviews.Due to health problems that I have he came within 2 hours and he was Very professional. He showed me how to clean my air conditioner the right way. Got the air conditioner up and running quickly. If I ever have another problem with the air conditioner I sure know who to call. His card is pinned on the wall right beside the phone. Very professional and came out the same day. Did exactly what was asked and some without charging. They told me what was wrong with my unit without trying to sell me anything. Filled up my unit with freon and didn't cost me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend!

Mr. David came to investigate the problem the same day that I called. I asked him about an estimate of the repair over the phone and he was very willing to give a general estimate. Other companies wanted to do a service run and charge for that before discussing price. Mr. David s price was almost half of the other company that I contacted earlier in the week. Mr. David was very knowledgeable about our heating and air system. He gave us several recommendations to assist in saving money on the LGE bill. Also, Mr. David didn t try to sell us something else or suggest a new furnace and air system. I highly recommend this company for any heating and air issues. The owner was professionally personable. He made appropriate recommendations and explained what he would do; then completed the work in a timely manner. He also took considerable precautions relative to the coronavirus. He charged what he considered a â fairâ price; most likely it was below the median for the service provided.

Was contacted within an hour. Service time was as scheduled. Unit needed to be replaced, but it was nearing the end of it's life expectancy.

Blackwood contacted me within an hour of my posting on HomeAdvisor. A technician arrived within 2 hours of the contact. He checked and serviced my gas furnace. He told me that all was well with my furnace. He did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need. The service fee was very reasonable.

He is very intelligent and relevant . His knowledge is extensive.
