They are very proficient, very professional, they work in a timely manner. They come in and get the job done quickly. They answer any questions. I am very pleased with them. I highly recommend them and they are very eager to do any additional work.

Paid a deposit for grading work that was to be completed within a week. After substantial delays and terrible communication I told them to cancel the contract and I would make other arrangements. They have now completely ceased communication and evidently do not intend to return my deposit of $4k. I finally reached another employee of the business and he indicated that he had resigned that day because the owner of the business defrauded other customers of over $30k in deposits without performing the work.

Blade Works Landscaping and Excavation, Llc and I agreed to terms April 30, 2021 for a concrete patio installation ($3,886.00 paid upfront) for $5,800.00. First, the work was delayed considerably and when the concrete patio was installed, the work was so poor (two (2) separate concrete experts agreed), the company had no choice but to remove the concrete patio. As of today (12 weeks later), work is not complete and have not received a refund.
