Trevor has integrity, a good work ethic, and the ability to think on his feet. He worked with us on an 18 month septic project from when he rescued us from a collapsed septic tank all the way through the installation of a new system. He handled everything from obtaining permits through cleanup and restoring our landscape back its original condition. And all this despite us being well over an hour drive each way for him. Trevor did a fantastic job with our septic tank replacement and it was not an easy task as the terrain was difficult! He also went above and beyond to clean up the area so my husband could burn and make the area look nice for the sale of our home. Trevor was personable, reliable and worked hard well into the evening. He delivered a quality product on time and on budget. He was also very knowledgeable an did the job at a fair price and we would highly recommend him for this type of work.

Trevor is a good guy. He runs his own small company and will do what you want at a fair price. He explained everything and then did exactly what he said he would do without surprises or trying to sell you some other service His estimate was exactly what the final bill was. We had a steep slope that needed containing to prevent sloughing and have worked with several companies and spent several thousand dollars over the years, all to no avail. We contacted Trevor, discussed the project and within a week had a plan with estimates. Essentially, Trevor cleared out and installed a heavy-gauge wood retaining wall, coconut fiber cover and semi-rock barrier about a year ago -- it is perfect. No more sloughing and the wildlife no longer destroy the slope. Working with Trevor was an exceptional experience in every way. He was prompt, professional, thorough and thoughtful in his approach and project plan. His crew was equally easy to work with, showed up on time, professional, courteous and conscientious. We'd like to with Trevor on another project to excavate another sloped area and backfill with soil and rocks to plant. Trevor restored our faith in working with contractors--prices very reasonable and his word is rock solid. His work ethic is second-to-none.

Trevor was amazing. He did an incredible job and was done in the time frame he said it would take. He pulled the permits filled out all the forms that the other contractors were going to have me do. His pricing was also great!!! To say the least I was very very pleased.

Trevor and his associate presented well; have a terrific work ethic in that they work HARD, press on and demand a high level of perfection from themselves. They are both kindly disposed, show excellent manners, do not use foul language and from my discussions with them found them to uphold high moral and ethical standards. The work they did entailed removing old sod, installing new, regrading same, french drains and a couple of small concrete pads, Their price was very fair. Too, they volunteered a small favor when my carpal tunnel wrist made assembly of an outdoor upright cabinet difficult. In "real life" ... a couple of sweethearts! I would surely recommend them, and will use them again if the need ever arises.

Trevor was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and exceeded my expectations on every level. He is an excellent excavator, hard working, honest, supportive, and wonderful!

This firm did excellent work on our project. We installed two dry wells with connections to roof drains on our property. When later connected to new gutters (from another contractor) the drain system works very well. The dry well system is very adequate for our roof drains. Mr. Bleasing and his helper did an excellent job during the entire dry well preparation and install process. I highly recommend him to other clients.

I hired Trevor to dig out a creek around my property to allow for better drainage. While he was there, I asked him to do some extra work consisting of cutting some branches from a willow tree and hauling it off. The job took more time than expected, but Trevor insisted on staying until I was totally satisfied. He did an excellent job and I was very happy with the charge for the work. I would definitely hire Trevor again.

He is a perfectionist and works very had to make sure that he does a quality work. His work ethic is outstanding. He is a wonderful family man, and I would highly recommend this company.
