THIS GUY!!!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMENDED!!!!! I've had 24 years of experience working with all types of contractors and I can honestly say that I've never encountered anyone of Jessie's caliber, and this is no exaggeration. Other than his professionalism, Jessie was always, punctual, pleasant, respectful, reliable and very, VERY patient. I had new stair railings installed on the side of my house. From the beginning until the end Jessie maintained open communication. He would explain the process thoroughly and through the entire task he repeatedly ask me for feedback and kept making sure I was happy with the job. The communication was superb. His colleague Julian, was also very pleasant to work with. He was always very supportive of my feed backs and Jessie seemed to appreciate it just as much as I did. The dynamic, the mutual respect and maturity between them was very comforting. When the installation was almost close to completion, I noticed that the rails were not cohesive with the structure of my stairs. My home is a 135 year old Victorian and although Jessie built the rails as per our agreement, after looking at it, I did not feel they were astatically pleasing. When I expressed my concern to Jessie, listened, he never became defensive and his ego never got in the way. And In my experience, that is very usual in these type of situations. After explaining my point of view, Jessie without hesitation, took apart the railings and practically had them rebuilt. I was very impressed by his actions and needless to say very grateful. He never complained or faltered, even though days before he had injured his hand (which required stitches), while he was working on my rails. When he completed the job, I was very happy with the final product and Jessie seemed to take a lot of pride in his work. I even asked to take pictures with them and my new railings, and they of course gladly said yes. It was truly a great experience. Side note: The only complaint I have is that I had a difficult time trying to get him to stop calling me "Ma'am", but to no avail. Can't win them all, I guess. :)

Mr. Jessie is very professional and gets the job done in a timely manner. He takes pride in his work. He made sure that we were pleased with his work. We love our rails and fence. The company was hired to build and install a wrought iron fence for my 2 German shepherds. Mr. Blair came out and discussed measurements and what I needed in comparison to the fence that was not secure for my dogs with my mother and I. Mr. Blair we determined that I wanted the fence to be 6ft high and a total of 30 sq ft. Due to rain and other projects it took Mr. Blair a little over 2 weeks to attempt complete the job, as I am understand of the weather there were days that the weather was not the issue he did not communicate that he was not be showing up until I called. I had taken off my job to ensure he that the fence was where I wanted it in the yard and for his safety with my dogs although he stated I did not have to be home. He drove on my neighbors yard without my consent or my neighbors which created tension for me. He told me to wait two days to put the dogs in the fence to allow the fence to set. When I did the spaces where too large and the dogs could get right out. I contacted him to inform him of the issue and he told me that I ordered a 6ft tall by 6 ft on centered which I explained that Iâ m not sure what he meant. That we only discussed height and width and that he showed me pictures of his other work where spaces where closer together and I trusted him to create a kennel where my dogs could not get out. He told me he would fix it but didnâ t know when and I told him I would have to stop payment of the check until the job was complete. Then he offered to paint wire black and put it at the bottom of the fence and I declined, he said he would take care of it but the supplies had to be ordered then he came back two days later and said I had to sign another contract and threatened me with court. I told him due to time and me traveling he could have my mother complete the contract once he shows her what he would be doing and how and he said no. I told him that he could FaceTime with my mother and I and email me the contract and that I would have it reviewed by my attorney, sign it and email it back and he never responded back to me or my mother. I even explained that I was having an event and I was pressed for time. I tried to give a young entrepreneur a chance and was highly dissatisfied. To this date I have purposely looked at wrought iron fences and I have never seen one with spaces so wide.

Jessie is prompt, courteous and professional. He is very willing to listen to ideas and help develop vision for a project. He took on constructing 300' of deer fencing for us, a fencing system new to us and him, without hesitation. He provided quality work and very reasonable rate. I would certainly recommend him to anyone that wants quality service and appreciates ingenuity and professionalism.
