I had a small problem with my toilet. It takes the guy 5-10mins to fix the problem. I was still charged the full hour though, a little bit pricy considering the small problem. But generally speaking, they did a very good job!

Blaise came right on time and went straight to work on my kitchen faucet replacement. He knew exactly what had to be done without even a question. When he was done he also took the time to go out to the store and buy a replacement pop-up for my powder room sink. I was very pleased with his work and definitely would recommend him highly.

I am revising my review due to an aspect of the job I would have expected a knowledable plumber to rectify. We had a bathtub installed. Blaise arrived quickly to give an estimate, gave a fair quote and committed to do the job 2 days later. He called the night before to confirm an arrived bright and early the morning of. He worked independently and seemingly did a beautiful job. A week later when my tile installer was about to install my tile around bathtub, it was revealed that the shower head would be too low. We knew it was low to begin with but when we intrusted the plumber to install tub and plumbing thought this would have been corrected. So I am definitely disappointed about this major oversight. Additionally, I was informed by tile setter that my tub should have been set in mortar as it has too much give and could pose a problem with movement and grout cracking. Not happy.

I appreciated that Blaise was able to come the same day - a Friday , rather than having to wait until Monday. He did have to call and reschedule twice during the day but still, happy to get the repair done even though he left about 7:30. He was very thorough

My water heater went out on a Friday of a long holiday weekend, they were willing to come the next day to do the installation. They asked some basic questions about my current water heater, manufacturer, size, gas or electric and arrived with a replacement and completed the job in under5 hours.

Excellent work done. Worth the price for services rendered. Blaise was honest and upfront on the work to undertaken. My old plumber passed away so based on Blaise's work have already discussed additional work to be done in late spring. The one negative review that I read was discussed wit Blaise and he gave me a full explanation and I was satisfied concerning additional costs charged.. Again great work. He has guaranteed his work and will provide services free if there is a problem with the service undertaken today. Was punctual and completed the work in the time stated.

paid more than expected quote $150 asked for $165.

He did a great job of converting my 3 handle faucet to a 1 handle but the job was a bit pricey. I purchased all the hardware myself and the bill still came up to $440.00 for 4.5 hours of work when other plumbers told me it should've been a 1.5-3 hour job at the max. I was satisfied with the finished product just not the bill which seemed high.

Blaise came on time, work efficiently, cleaned up nicely after the job was done. Double checked his work, making sure the new shut off valves did not leak.

Blaise was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me out during a snow storm when a pipe burst in my backyard, returning the very next morning to finish the job. He worked quickly and left minimal cuts in the wall (where the burst pipe was located). His prices are low when considering the high quality of his work. I would recommend him to anyone looking for quality work!!
