Job was mostly completed, but some things were not done and I had to end up doing it myself.

Came out and did the work and the job is done to good expectations. The downfall is their was a rock under the linear which made the overall project a little difficult. Joe himself was initially good. Toward the end he got a little irritable with payment even though I had sent him payment.
