JR was friendly and efficient.They responded quickly,took about one week to complete and did a thorough job.Although they were not the most inexpensive quote I received they assured me they would be the best.Now that the job is complete,I do agree. JR went above and beyond and I would highly recommend.

Charged $187.50 for about an hour to Charged $187.50 They did fix some wiring that I had wired wrong. However, did not take enough time to completely troubleshoot and fix. I was not there at the time of the service. Invoice said something about a bad makeup. Have no clue what that means. Also, never got a call from the company to find out what I thought about their work. At least they responded to the work request and came out the next day.

Your wife and son were there during the entire 1 1/2 hour service so our contractor explained the situation to them in great detail. Our contractor fully diagnosed your wiring and found the cooler was wired incorrectly. He was able to properly wire the electrical wiring and supply power to your cooler. Your wife and son even expressed happiness to have the cooler working. If we can do anything at all to make you happy please call us. Thank you"

It's easy to see why so many 5-star reviews. These professionals are fantastic! They retro-fitted two overhead lights, a switch, and a GFI receptacle. Their work was exceptional. If there are any future projects, this will be the first call.

Very easy to work with and quick to respond. Happy with the work done, however they did break a ceiling light globe when working and did not offer to replace it, which was annoying. Would still likely use them in the future.

"Hi Joseph, and thank you for your feedback from your services performed 11 months ago. JR our contractor was working in the kitchen and unfortunately somehow the light in the dining room fell and broke. JR immediately stopped working to investigate the light, a light that had been completely untouched by him and found it was a loose screw that caused the globe to fall. JR offered as a curtesy to replace that light with a new LED one free of charge but you declined. However if you had changed your mind we wish you would have called us to come back out to replace it for you. If you would like, we would be more then happy to come out and replace that light even though almost a year has gone by. We value our customers and want to make sure you are happy. If there is anything we can do please call us! Thank you for being a valued customer."
