We are not happy with the design and function of our irrigation system. Blake has been nonresponsive even after our complaint to the BBB. We had our irrigation system installed back in late December of 2016; but didn't have it turned on until April 2017. We never received a detailed walkthru of the system; as he stated when we purchased the system for $3,600. I was able to figure it out, and noticed many flaws in the sprinkler head coverage and output. Such as the heads spraying the porch and some areas getting very little water, and others way to much. I called him, and he did get some workers out to try and resolve the issue. We had a good converstaion on site, and he convinced me that all was fixed; and at a glance it seemed to be. A couple days later I went out in the yard and watched as each of the 5 zones ran. I still noticed issues where some sprinkler heads were not hitting all areas of the yard, another that made no sense at all, because it sprayed our house. The biggest issue is that two of the zones included the side and back yard. The side of the house gets drenched, while the back yard doesn't get near enough water. I contacted him again, and he did not respond; but I reached out again a few days later, he did respond, and said he would install higher output sprinkler heads in the back yard. He said he would get us on the schedule, with no date given. I also offered to pay extra, if he would split those zones to only do the side yard and then the back yard individually. I requested to be there when they did the work, so we could ensure we were on the same page; he agreed. I called the next week (this was mid May 2017) to see if he had a date and time scheduled for us yet. Blake did not respond. Over the next several weeks I made various calls and sent several texts; and have been 100% ignored. My wife and I have been more than patient; as over four months has elasped since the original complaint. I even told him I was going to make this complaint, to give him another couple weeks to respond to us. We are now having another company fix the issue. When they came to do the estimate, they could not believe how terrible the design was and lack of attention to detail. We also have sunken trenches where the irrigation lines were installed. It is going to cost us $2,000 to reslove this issue for our tiny 0.13 of an acre yard.

Blake and his entire team was prompt and very courteous. They did everything they promised and even did some extra. I would highly recommend this company for irrigation installation.
