The company was on time and consistent with the quality of work. No problems or miscommunications, easy to work with, and flexible. I had my deck tore down and replaced it was a project for these guys for sure but no complaints!!

The crew arrived about 5 minutes before scheduled time to make sure the plan we had discussed was still correct and got the job done in a very sufficient and timely manner. overall, a great job!

Very professional and punctual

I was ripped off. I live out of state, so I paid this contractor by cash app, in advance, and I allowed him to shop for materials and purchased at the hardware store and I paid by phone with a credit card. credit card. Carroll Construction started and completed the first small project. However, he cut out on the final projects that I thought that he had completed. Thinking that he had made significant progress, I sent my realtor over to take photos. I was shocked at how little work he had completed (compared to our conversations)! I really wanted to work things out, so I sent several text messages that he didn't respond to, and my calls were blocked nd went immediately to voice mail. He shopped up $ 1200 in materials, and I paid him approx. $1,000 for labor, using Cash app. And to top it off, the next handyman that I had to hire, told me that the contractor did not leave the expensive floor stain and polyurethane paint that I paid for to finish the floors! I learned n expensive lesson. I should have required a copy f his drivers license, SS number, checked for references, and definitely NOT paid him in advance. But I am a trusting person, and he was so sweet as described in the first review! And the sad part about this that I was fixing up the house for my homeless sister, and I used up most of the money that I had! I feel heart broken on so many levels.

They were awesome, very professional and punctual they are also very sweet. I will definitely use them in the future.
