He did not complete what I wanted. I ask that my system be connected, it wasn't. So I'll have to hire someone else.

"We are very sorry that the customer feels that we don't hook up what she wanted. Before our tech left the customer's home, he checked to make sure everything she wanted it done was done, had the customer look at what he's done. In the customer sign off that everything was working properly and she signed off one the completion of the work."

Mitchel installed an outdoor antenna that I purchased. It turned out it was defective. I ordered a different one and he came out and installed it without any additional charge. He also helped me install my TiVo without asking for any additional compensation.

The service tech did not come prepared with the proper tools to do the job. My husband assisted him on the entire job. We will never use or refer this company to anyone!!! The repair tech took a very long time to complete the job. We will never use a company that we have to help get the job done...

"It is unfortunate that this customer was not pleased with the service provided. Our company received a request for services to repair a security camera. It is generally not this company's policy to come in and repair work that we did not install, as there is a great deal of uncertainty about what will be discovered. The client was very earnest and seemed to need our assistance. We agreed and the serviceman was dispatched for a same day repair. The client was unable to provide the model type prior to the service appointment. The service man arrived and discovered that this was not a simple repair due to the location in the attic."
