Having a roof replaced is stressful enough as it is. Michael and his crew were great and really helped make the whole experience as stressful as possible. We got regular updates about every thing that was going on; which we appreciated. It really helped us feel reassured, and every cost change was communicated thoroughly with an explanation as to why: even if the price difference was minimal. The cost was also very fair, which was also a relief because as anyone who?s ever had home repairs done will tell you- it?s never going to be cheap. Blanchards costs are very competitive and reasonable.

Michael Blanchard was very thorough in explaining what had been done on the original roofing in 2001. It's unfortunate that the previous roofing company no longer exists. I was very pleased with his communication, personality and work ethics and would recommend him to anyone needing a roofing job.

Jeff Blanchard was hired to repair a mobile home roof. His employee fell through the ceiling. They did not correctly repair the damage they caused as they replaced the ceiling but not the structural damage between the roof and the ceiling. By putting up the ceiling simply covered up the other damage. The ceiling is sagging and he is not responding to the call to correct his damages.

They were very responsive and personable and quick to call and show up, but their pricing was extremely high for the job; it didn't take the worker very long to do the work and it was not done very neatly. The repairman's truck leaked lots of fluid on our driveway leaving a mess. I should have shopped around more before hiring them - we received an estimate for the job a few days after we hired Blanchard and it was less than a third of the price and it was given by a VERY reputable local roofing company. I am still trying to wrap my head around out how they could charge us what they charged us for the job and sleep at night.

Prompt in responding to initial inquiry. Great communication. We called for a roof repair, but instead did a full new roof. We decided to expand the project to also include our covered deck and Mike was quick to get us a change order and kept the additional cost at a minimum. His worker, Mick was awesome. They were professional and we highly recommend them.
