Jason completed the basement remodel project for $18.375. He fixed the main beam and reinforced the basement ceiling with well-placed studs and blocking. He enclosed the interior walls with sheetrock and put insulation above the ceiling. I am very happy with the work that was done and highly recommend this man. You will not find a more honest contractor. He goes out of his way to make sure that you understand everything about the project. You will definitely think of Jason as a good friend who has your back.

Very professional and respectful. Listened to my concerns. Work completed was well done and completed in a timely way. Original project was to install support beams in the basement, but then he also made time to do an additional unplanned project- rebuilding an upstairs wall.

Jason was great to work with. We got in contact him from Home Advisor after getting an initial quote from a local contractor for 45,000 more than what Jason was able to do the work for! We were so pleased with his services - he was great at communicating, up front, helped us come up with ideas, and just generally was great to work with.

Replaced front porch flooring, stairs and added a sturdy railing within a week. The final product is attractive and very well built. Blanchard Design/Build will be #1 choice with future projects!

Jason removed existing countertops and leveled the cabinets. After new countertops installed he returned to install support brackets and molding. Very professional. Quality work. Would use him again.

Solid professional work. I had Jason put in two tricky handrails down a couple of old, stairways leading to the basement in this 1856 vintage duplex. He had to overcome odd angles, failing brick, a post in the way and do it all up to Burlington code. Completed the job in 5 hours including material runs and an extra doorknob repositioning, at wry reasonable price. Lucky to find someone with his skill set at design and construction on Angi.
