Blanco Construction is the best! I will never use another company for my construction needs. They are always on time! Always! Clyde delivers his estimates on paper and in person so he can explain it clearly and in laymen terms we can understand. Clyde and his team are so nice, so professional and their work is top quality! They rebuilt a stair case and railings that several other companies looked at. His ideas were the best and his estimates came in at a fantastic price. I truly cannot say enough about this great company. After hundreds of disappointing contractor experiences over decades of home ownership - I still have to pinch myself that I found Blanco Construction! I wish I could rate them with 10 stars! They are THAT wonderful!! A++++++++

Blanco Construction is an excellent choice for home construction projects. Clyde Blanca and his team completed the project on time and on budget. The men were all professional and extremely courteous while on site performing their work. I received a written quote with all material listed and priced on time and it allowed me to make an informed decision. The worksite was clean after the work was completed. I am completely satisfied and my completed project will add value to my home.

The owner contacted me right away and came out to give me an estimate. He was very professional and accommodating due to my work schedule. He was adding two storm doors to my residence. Once I had then ordered and they arrived at the store I contacted him and he picked them up and delivered them to my residence. He and one of his workers arrived on time on the date that I scheduled to have them installed. His work is excellent and very reasonably priced. He is very precise and makes sure that the work is done to perfection. The doors were assembled and installed in a reasonable amount of time and his work area was cleaned up. I would definitely rehire this company again and highly recommend Blanco Construction to anyone needing work completed.

Professional, and work was done in a timely manner, even when the weather wasn't cooperating. Gave a great proposal/estimate regarding what they were going to do and stuck to that. Also let us know all the options that were available to us. We plan on using them for future projects.

Blanco Construction went over & above what I wanted. Had great ideas, although I knew what I wanted he also suggested things I had not thought of. My closets & crown molding came out beautifully. I wanted "functional" closets, where I could utilize every inch of space. This was accomplished. On time & clean up. Within my budget & worked around my schedule if needed.
