The technician came the very same day I called! (It was on a Sunday!!!) He did the work quickly and professionally. He was also glad to explain why my washer stopped working. I would hire them again and recommend them to others.

My repairman was able to come out the same day to look at my washing machine (Sears had me scheduled to wait 5 days for service that would arrive some time between 8-5), diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had it fixed before Sears would've made it to my house to just look at it! Very professional, very reasonable pricing, & very quick.
