My experience was great, I live in South Florida , I contacted Bland to service my A/C unit , run an extra vent/duct to my laundry room and replace the thermostat at my property in Georgia , my communications was all done over the phone, they went to the property did the job in a timely and professional manner. They called me when it was done, I had jt checked out, everything works 100%. I am vey happy with their service and their professionalism.
