"Thanks for the feedback. We're sorry you were not happy with the communication at the end. Glad we're in agreement that the flatwork came out great though. That's always the goal. To give some context for anyone reading this: after we completed the slab, the intended use changed and required new work that falls under home building codes, which isn't what we do. We're a flatwork company. We let the customer know that they'd need a contractor with that expertise. The original job was finished and wrapped up without issue. We get that it's frustrating when a project takes a turn that requires a different contractor and we wish we could've been the right fit for everything.
