The last 3 days temperature has been over 90* , got up this morning and one of my A/C units was blowing hot air. Called company that installed the unit at 7 am, 11 am and at 2 pm they said they would get back to me but they never did. At 2:30 pm called Blanton and sons HVAC and Paul said he would be at my house by 3:30 pm. Guess what at 3:30 there is Paul ringing my bell. He diagnosed that the unit was overcharged and was able to have A/C back on within the hour. Mr Blanton was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and courteous all you could want from an HVAC service tech. I asked Mr Blanton to put me on his list for a maintenance contract.

My A/C quite the Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend. After waiting until Tuesday Blanton & Son was the only one that came that afternoon. Although Mr. Blanton found a problem that may mean a system replacement he got the A/C back on line.

Our ac quit running on Sunday afternoon. We expected we would have to pay out the nose for service on the weekend. We paid a flat rate of $79. No major repair was needed, but after examining the unit inside and out, Paul explained what he thought happened and did not charge us anything extra. We highly recommend this company based on our experience.
