Rob Hunt is the complete professional... we were actually sorry to see him go! He was here for our annual electrical review and possible upgrade; but largely because we have been with Blanton's for several years, we were already good to go. Rob took as much time as we needed to answer questions and explain his recommendations for the future, to include projected costs. His inspection was thorough, and he explained everything he was doing and why. We could not have been happier with the service he rendered us... we should all do our jobs as well as Rob Hunt does his!
A simple check for a leak and the service person did not even go under my sons mobile home to give a close inspection. Just bent down to look and then shined a light under. A replacement faucet in my sons bathroom and that was it. The initial bill was $700.00. Yes indeed they did see me coming. After a lot of discussion with the home office they knocked about 200 off the price. I will never do business with these people again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
I was visiting my mom when Chris arrived. I live in Florida. His professionalism, courtesy, and workmanship was excellent. The water leakage problem under the kitchen sink was resolved at no additional cost. In addition, he provided some insight into resolving a clogged bathroom sink and offered to be the primary repairman for any plumbing issues for my mother. I was impressed with how he explained to my mom the problem and how he fixed it. I feel very confident that Chris corrected the drainage problem as this was the third visit to my mom's house. I had originally called another company when my AC started blowing warm air. They came out and checked the unit. They found that the coolant and Circuitry were fine. They next checked the blower. Afterwards, the tech told me what he thought the problem was, but it would cost $1400 to find out. Then I called Blanton. Eddie came out and checked the coolant and circuitry, which were fine. He then checked the blower. After he took the panel off it took him about 3 seconds to find the problem. A switch had shorted causing the heat coils to come on. Essentially, the unit was trying to heat and cool at the same time. He replaced the switch, cleaned the blower fan, the coils, and serviced/cleaned the outside units all for less than what the other tech thought the problem was. I will Continue to use them in the future.
Dan and Wyatt assessed my needs on a Monday and the next day Dan returned to do the work. Both men were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate the hard work they did for me. They explained things thoroughly.

I called in the morning and Chris came out in the afternoon, when I was available. He explained and showed me what the problem was. He didn't have a new water heater on his truck so Tim came about 45 mins. to bring one. Installation was fast and Chris was very professional. They will be the first ones I call if I have any other issues.
