More than 50 years ago, Blau Sudden Service suddenly appeared on the local home comfort scene. The year was 1960, to be exact. Two full and fulfilling generations ago. From the beginning, we set out to be the very best provider of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, drain cleaning, and related services for home owners and light commercial operations throughout Southeast Wisconsin. Our skills, experience, and resources have all expanded over the years. Our determination to be your best service provider remains the same.

Our AC failure happened on a Friday night. On Saturday morning, I called a company we had previously used, and the response was delayed. Blau called almost immediately after I made the request on Angie's List. Brian was here within an hour, and diagnosed our problem. Unfortunately, the AC coil was broken, and replacement of the coil was costly, so replacing the entire AC unit was more cost effective. The unit was replaced on Monday, at a fair price. We will be using Blau in the future.

Well pump system was failing. Theo gave a quick and accurate analysis of problem. There was no pressure to hire them. The problem needed correction ASAP. They did excellent work and completed it on the same day as the quote. I only wish I had more time to get more quotes or I would have given them a 5 star value for money rating.

Buyer beware: The kitchen faucet was leaking due an old garbage disposal. He was here to assess, quote, and replace the disposal (which I supplied) in about 45 minutes. They charged me $416, that is $564.67/hr for service only! The plumber was professional and effective though, hence the 1/2 star. I received a follow-up call the next day to see if it was done to my satisfaction, and when asked about the price gauge, the customer service person just thanked me for the feedback but offered no explanation.

David from Blau came out same day on a Saturday to assess HVAC issues. As we were in the process of selling our home and relocating to Texas, they scheduled him to complete the work the following Monday. Samantha was very accommodating with our questions over the phone and providing us a lien waiver before we moved. There work was quick and excellent. I fully recommend Blau

Theo Matt answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about all of my plumbing needs both the immediate ones and the ones that might occur in the future. The service person left me with a bit of a mess to clean up, but I believe he did a good job.
