This is the second house for which we retained this contractor for structural repairs. They do great work for a reasonable cost. They are also licensed and insured. We highly recommend Blessed Contracting for all of your general contracting needs!

Regarding the fence, the contractor was not responsive in calling me back and adjusting the issue with the wooden door on the neighbors and myself fence.

We had an amazing experience with Blessed Contracting! We hired them on the spot due to Alfredoâ s honesty and good vibes. We werenâ t disappointed at all! Their work was quick, professional, and beautiful! We liked their workmanship so much that we hired them for another unrelated job and we are excited to see the outcome of that project!

They worked hard but they are not expert masons. The patio slope is poor - puddles occur in various places. Masonry work on retaining wall and benches was not the best - uneven cuts, poor alignment - one 5 ft bench is sagging in the middle. Groun preparation was subpar. They did not dig up the ground the required 5 inches for 31A gravel in a number of places.

Blessed Contracting was very responsive and communication was easy. They completed the work in the estimated time frame to my specifications. Alfredo was onsite to ensure work was done properly. They installed a paver walkway, patio and built a gazebo. I also hired them to repair the concrete in my garage and rebuild a side wall once the first project was completed. So yes, I would hire them again!

Wife wanted new masonry steps and the owners were super responsive. They were helpful in giving me a high level estimate from the pictures and videos sent over. I asked for more details and step options, which they shared along with timelines and cost when Alfredo came over to inspect the are for change. I had a budget to work with since we were donating the rest of our salary to help those affected by covid. Blessed contractor was able to work with us and expedited the schedule. The process to figure out the stones we needed was super easy and the staff finished the work in two days. Hand cutting and laying flagstones and veneer takes expertise and the team at Blessed is amazing! They completed the work in two days and cleaned up the work area. Highly recommend! They were very helpful about laying out how long the process would take, let us know of any delays due to weather, and kept giving constant updates.
