We hired this group through Floor Coverings International here in Atlanta and this father/son duo were fantastic. Professional, on time, efficient, and quality job. Highly recommend and our floors look amazing!

I hired this company to install engineered hardwood on a concrete slab. I immediately noticed issues with the floors. After contacting the manufacturer an independent inspector was sent out. it was determined that my floors were installed incorrectly! There were no gaps left for the floor to expand and contract along with failure to properly test the concrete slab for moisture and follow the manufacturers instructions . In addition I found water seeping up through my bathroom floor from my toilet that was removed during installation. After contacting a plumber, it was determined that my toilet was just sitting and not connected to anything due to the hinge being broken during installation that was not disclosed by the company. Bless Flooring has since reimbursed me for the cost of the material, however I have been getting the runaround to receive my reimbursement for the labor cost after receiving email that it would be paid on August 21, 2023. They have since stopped responding to calls and emails. This company has caused me immeasurable stress! I am not one to leave negative reviews, but I was left with no other choice.

Fair pricing. Very professional. Goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. Did an absolutely excellent job. The laminate plank flooring is absolutely beautiful.
