Hire the workers but not the management or designers. We completed a $40k job three years ago with specific ideas but relied on the *knowledge* and *experience* of their designer to complete the vision. We cannot understand the plants, locations, spacing, etc of the final product. The designer never once showed up to direct the workers and we had to ask that plants be re-positioned somewhat. The yard is now very high maintenance, contrary to our request, it requires constant pruning and cleaning. We have replaced a dozen of the plants due to poor planting and their over-watering irrigation system. We intend to replace 75% of the plants they planted either due to poor performing choices for the location, poor planting, or they are turning out to be horrible choices for the respective space. They did a good job on one side yard and the workers seemed competent, but the designer was a $2k waste, she visited the site once as our request to determine a replacement for a plant that started dying the day it was planted, but that is all. No follow up or care. We are very unhappy with the $40k job, but hopefully, we will be able to save up the money to correct the bad blessings offered by this company.

I had great luck with this firm. Jesse was easy to work with and those in charge of the actual install of new landscaping were extremely professional and did an excellent job from start through the final clean up. Very professional and completed the project in a weeks time, were very flexible with adjustments to job as it progressed towards completion. Results were as expected. The only improvement that could have occurred would have been removal of destuction materials, which was only partially done. Attempted to use same company again for additional work, but sq ft cost increased substantially, so not done.

We were contacted the same day I submitted a request by Phyllis (office manager) who coordinated an appointment for Lynn to come out. We had originally requested Sod bids but when Lynn came out he took a look at the area and advised us not to do sod based on the soil/shade/drainage. Our other bids were coming in $$ - we were keen to hear alternative suggestions! Lynn drew up a garden sketch outlining the proposed layout for a combination gravel pathway and barkdust, with some hardy shade-tolerant plants. We moved forward and could not have been happier - the result is a gorgeous, long-life & low maintenance yard at half the price.

Responded to my inquiry immediately. Were responsive to follow up questions and scheduling inquiries. Considering that this was a small, repair only, project I was surprised that they were so attentive. Project was scheduled to my convenience. Person assigned arrived on time, prepared, and completed the project in less than the estimated time and for less than the bid. Reviewed the project with me when it was completed. He was professional, polite, and easy to communicate with.

This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Lynn handled the estimate, provided ideas to better the project, was sure that workers were on site as agreed upon. The workers did the work in the amount of time agreed upon, did clean work and cleaned up the area upon completion. Whether I dealt with Phyllis over the phone to make arrangements/appointments, Lynn to handle on site details or Santiago doing the work with his co-workers it was a very pleasant experience and highly recommend them.

Very couteous, prompt, fair, cleaned up after himself and did really good work. Our project consisted of a lot of brick repair from a different contractor running into our retaining wall in multiple places. At this point, (now several days out from the actual repair), you can't tell where he did the work. The brick was old, so not seeing the difference is great. that's what we were looking for. I would highly recommend them.

I really liked the staff and they were very professional and creative. They helped with a difficult neighbor which was above the call of duty but helped execute the planting and I am very happy with it so far.
