    At first, I thought the company was great but I realize this is not the case. My shutters are falling off the frame AND the door. The standard handle scraped off the paint causing us to purchase another door handle. Now It is hard to get your hands around the knob. They did not measure properly. They wont service their work that was subpar unless I pay them $99 to come out. The workmanship is substandard. You can see where the paint is missing. Can see the shutters are crooked from the outside. This is not a company I would trust based on the way they handled this simple request. I am very suspicious of the great number of positive reviews that are posted because they just do not jive with the reality of the way this business responds. Beware.

    I am so sorry that you are not happy with the shutters that we installed 2 1/2 years ago. We pride ourselves on great customer satisfaction! Shutters on a door need adjusting over time if the door is slammed. We can certainly come out and adjust for a trip fee but nobody should be required to come out 2 1/2 years later for free. We gave you a big discount because you worked for a builder and promised to send people our way. We never received one call from your promise. We even let you make payments. So it is not unreasonable to ask for a trip fee 2 1/2 years after the job was installed.

    The motorized shades are a waste of money. Please don't buy them. If you have issues with them after you have paid them off as is my personal experience, you may not be treated with good customer service. The "owner" of this company, Mark, was nice BEFORE he had all the money, and now he was/is very unprofessional.

    This is the third time we have used Mark with Blind Faith Blinds. Besides the fact that the binds are simply amazing and gorgeous, Mark is an unbelievable individual. He is one of the most polite, patient, genuine individuals I have ever met! I trust this guy through and through. Installation is clean, fitting is precise, and the product he uses blows the big box stores out of the water! I will forever use him for any window coverings in the future! He's not the cheapest, but he does it right, it looks great, and its warrantied!

    We recently moved into a newly constructed home. The sales rep was wonderful walking us through various options and styles. He was very flexible with scheduling and was not pushy at all. Our home is in a slightly questionable area so we wanted window shades as soon as possible. The owner and his son came out Friday of Thanksgiving week to install the shades. Customer service was fantastic and we love our window treatments!

Mark was very helpful and professional in directing our selections through the installations and followup customer service. The cost was in line with our budget and we was able to make our move into our new home without having to worry about frustrations of installing window coverings. He helped us to choose best blinds and the pricing was very reasonable and the installation process was very smooth. There were some minor issues with the blinds and Mark re-ordered and re-installed.
