John came out and was very patient with us when selecting our window coverings. He respected our choices and showed us what we liked to see. He only carries one brand, but to his credit, the quality of the product was very good. He installed everything in half a day since we had a lot of windows and had the best pricing for us.

John is very professional and does all the installations himself. I don't have issues with the fabric as it blocks out most of the sunlight where it's not needed. my only concern is the hardware that is used for the rolling shade product...I find that the chain gets stuck many times and you need to tug on it to get it to move freely.

He is very meticulous, will come back with the materials, adjust the blind and repair as necessary. He is a perfectionist, cleans up. He is my go to guy, really cares about his work.
