The technician(Shane), arrived on time and was very professional and polite. He had on his name badge, followed covid precautions and put on protective footwear when he went in and out of the house. The install went great,faster than I expected. He explained the use of new thermostat and gave us all the paper work pertaining to the furnace. He even mentioned the furnace filter and explained that new ones aren't provided. But, we already had a new one. I would highly recommend this company. The price was reasonable and the warranty offered was the best out of all companies that I checked.

The first installer said he could not install a high-efficiency furnace of which we bought. After the installer installed an 80% efficiency furnace, the company sent out a technician to view, what we thought to be a poor installation. The technician discovered a high-efficiency furnace could have been installed as there was antiquate exhaust ventilation to the outside which the first installer said there was not. As a result, the new 80% furnace was removed and the high efficiency was installed in its place; a lot of extra work and time wasted. Sorry to say, the first installation was not an outcome we expected from a company we chose due to a long-standing presence in the community. The final outcome was satisfactory since the second installer did an outstanding job of equipping our home with a furnace of our original choosing. The salesman was outstanding and did everything he could to remedy the problem!

Called regarding an electrical issue, dispatch sent an HVAC person free for new customers HVAC inspector disassembles the furnace under the guise of inspecting the device, says that he doesnt think the furnace will work when he puts it back together then says that this visit is no longer an inspection but is now a diagnostic visit and charges us $120.00. Total SCAM. Electricians came an hour after and were great, but the HVAC visit drags what would otherwise be a good review down to a 1/2 star, if not lower.
