Blinds Crafter truly exceeded our expectations with their exceptional work on their recent installation in our new home. We had inquired about similar services from three other companies, but Omar and the Blinds Crafter team stood out from the very beginning. Do not hire Blinds Crafter under any circumstances. After receiving full payment and completing the installation, they became completely unresponsive. One of the blinds was damaged at installation, and although they committed to replacing it, they have since ignored repeated calls and follow-ups. This company demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer service. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

Yusuf did a phenomenal job. He was always courteous and respectful of not only my house, but my time. We had an appointment at 9 and he showed up at 8:59, didn't mind taking his shoes off as requested. He came in, did his job, gave me the tutorial and when he left I didn't feel like I had been hustled, but serviced. And price wise, there are no comparisons. Would definitely recommend!
