I used Blindworks to order and install blinds and shades. Doug, the owner, provided excellent customer service. I had to cancel my Saturday consultation because my dad got sick. Doug came out on Sunday, his day off. Doug ended up being the person who installed everything a few weeks later. Consistent with his customer service Doug came the very next day I called to complete the installation. Everything looks great. The only thing I would recommend is the company do a better job of following up.
