My whole experience was great. From his first phone call, to him coming to my home and dx my appliances problems. He then communicated with me every step of the way about what was needed, and then did it. I had three or four different people come to try to fix my refrigerator. No one fixed it, but charged me. I was about to give up. I am so happy about my experience. Andrew is fair and professional. He also listened to me and what I thought might be the problem. I have not one complaint. I will use him again and refer him to anyone who asks me.

Andrew contacted me right away and was able to order the part for my dishwasher without coming first to determine the problem. He completed the repair in a couple of days and did a great job with the repair. I would call him first if I have another appliance that needs repair.
