I hired Bloomin Blinds to install smart drapes in my master bedroom. Mike was very professional and efficient. He was also very helpful in helping me select the proper window coverings. After seeing how great the smart drapes look, I have decided to have Bloomin Blinds do my entire home. They were excellent to work with and the prices were great.

I highly recommend Bloom and blinds especially if you need a repair one of my pull strings broke on my blind, I have five window panes with these blinds on them. Blue and blinds was the only one that would string my shade everyone else wanted to make me buy new blinds for around $1,000. They sent Nick over and I showed him that the original people that hung the blinds did not make them all the same length and they were too short but they said that's the way they were supposed to be I asked Nick if he would restring all of them to the correct length he said yes so he took them and two days later he brought them back and strung them while he was here so they would fit perfectly and they look great I wouldn't have anyone else to do anything with my blinds except Bloom and blinds from now on.

I was very pleased with the fact that they have good service policy , Mike fixed the cord to my travers rod for free although Bloomin' Blinds of Rochester Hills didn't sell that, but they fixed for free.
