Totally unprofessional. Ordered blinds and was told it would be about 2-3 weeks. By 6 weeks I still never received anything. Not a good way to run a family owned business especially if you are the owner. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Richard came out to measure my window and help me choose a blind. The process was very smooth and he was very pleasant. He gave me a good idea of when I could expect my blinds to be delivered/installed. He returned with one of his employees Carlos (who was also very pleasant) to install the blinds and they did a great job taking down what I had and putting up the new blind.
