They had trouble with their supplier and it took months for them to correct a problem.

I thought we might need a new wood blind or a repair to the blind but it turned out that the blind was just really heavy and hard to release when it was pulled all the way up. So happy to have a company make a housecall for minimal charge to tell me I didn't need anything replaced or repaired. They also sell blinds. Will definitely call them again! Thank you!
