I was looking forward to working with Barb. She seemed to have a good handle on choice of plants but didn't follow through. She didn't plant til just over 3 months after she asked for half of payment (lots of excuses). The work that was done was disappointing - I needed to redo and finish the work she said she would do. She also used really small plants. I'll need to add to these in the Spring. I would not hire her again.
