First, I would say the quality of the work was excellent. We needed a new valve for the garden tub since the faucet was leaking, and the start button needed to be replaced on the motor. They offered us a senior discount of 5% which was appreciated but the cost was still $632.67. From the time we first contacted Blounts it was a total of 4 days to get the job finished because they were fitting us in between other service jobs. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the repairman was professional thereby they did get a decent rating from us.
